PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

 John Bok has operated C&ES, a professional contract consulting business, since 2005. He applies his diverse technical and business background to helping companies grow and improve profitability.

 His career was spent in the manufacturing sector – 30 years with a leading global supplier of custom-built calendering and embossing machinery, rollers and engraving. John held increasingly responsible positions in engineering, technical sales, sales management, product development, marketing, product management and general management.

He is an expert in rotary machinery and web processing applications, with particular concentration in calendering, embossing, laminating, thermo-bonding, winding, and tension control.

 Prior experience: process/product engineering and technical sales support - Allen Manufacturing Co. and Rush Industries
